I called the Cleaning Pixies after receiving several other quotes of close to $300 to clean a vacant townhome. These other quotes were also a by the hour service so if it took longer than their "estimated time", the cost would be even higher. The Cleaning Pixies charged me by the job (not the hour) so there was no concern of it not being finished. The cost was also HALF of what the other companies quoted. Included in their cost were services that the other companies charged extra for (inside the closetss, cabinets & drawers). The service was unbelievable!! These girls were on their hands & knees scrubbing baseboards! No feather dusters were used! They also cleaned all of the door frames, doors, and window sills! They came prepared with a specific checklist for "move-ins" that was extremely thorough. My townhome was sparkling, ready for the new tenant! Will definitely use the pixies again & YOU SHOULD TOO!!

I recentrly moved to Lockport and I was looking for someone to take care of my house. I contacted the Cleaning Pixies and was amazed that they travel this far. (And the price was very affordable!) Karla was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the service and explain to me every step of the cleaning .

The team in charge of my house is not only extremely competent but also very pleasant and I trust them completely.

Their attention to detail is wonderful. They clean areas that I wouldn't expect. Absolute great!

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the Cleaning Pixies. We chose them from a website based on their great home page and work ethic. In a time when true customer service is hard to find, this company actually delivers. Their crews are well trained, thorough and extremely polite. The administrative staff is really on top of things which makes us comfortable using their services. Thank you pixies! You really are the best!

We were moving out of our apt. into a house after six years and needed a deep clean handing it over. I planned on doing it myself but at 8 months pregnant it proved to be a much more daunting task that I anticipated.



I called the cleaning pixies last Tuesday. They worked me in for a meeting and estimate on Wednesday morning and Thursday at 8:00 a.m., they were at my apt. to clean. They spent several hours deep cleaning and going over every inch of the house. They really did everything and even steam cleaned the carpets. I met with the team for a post clean walk through and approval and was very pleased. Spotless! I did not have to do anything before meeting with the leasing office for a walk through.



I don't use cleaning services on a regular basis (this was actually my first experience and I admit-I was skeptical as a cleaning perfectionist); however, if I ever needed a deep clean again or assistance with my home, I would not hesitate to call the pixies. After reading all of the other reviews, I really looked forward to this service and to having my own positive experience. You never know how these things will go because everyone has their own idea/opinion about what 'clean' is. We have used a few other services before and paid much more for so much less. When the pixies arrived they were friendly and ready to get to work. When they left (in less time than we anticipated), I walked around and took note of their attention to detail. We've paid for other services where they say 'cleaning the baseboards'' is part of the service and you see they've taken a feather duster to them. The Cleaning Pixies and their team DO WHAT THEY SAY they will do and I know I'm not original in this comment but you truly could eat off of the floorsthey actually CLEAN them, not just slather a mop over them! I am sooo excited we found someone we can trust and will do a great job! I love the fact that the house doesn't smell like 'cleaner' after they are done. I love how CLEAN the floors were! Did I mention how clean they were? We got the Dream Clean I think and our blinds were lifted throughout because the sills were wiped clean too! I just love it ! I'm so glad not to have to just 'settle' on a service. I'm glad to be excited about this service and their team!! We look forward to inviting them back into our home for their top notch service. Their service is truly 5 star worthy. Tip for you- be ready to be amazed!

Worth Every Penny...Glad I Found the Cleaning Pixies!

I hired the Cleaning Pixies and was looking forward to it for months. They came and when they left I was extremely disappointed. The attention to detail was awful. They didn't do all the items they claim as part of 'deep cleaning'. Some "highlights" that lead to a one star review:



very large (and obvious) cob webs remained all over kitchen-- including cabinets which were reportedly "wiped clean" (but had a few food spills that easily came clean when I gently wiped down after they left). The blinds were not wiped down as stated (I wiped them myself and removed tons of dirt/grime and cobwebs 5 minutes after they left. The stove cleaning must have been for 'looks' only because I went through almost a half roll of paper towels after they left due to the rings and crumbs around the burner plates and between the stove top and counter. There was also a 1/2 inch of standing water under the burner from a pasta water pot I must have overboiled a few days earlier (and not known)....wouldn't they have noticed this if they "deep cleaned"?? White dried toothpaste not wiped out of bathroom sink or toothbrush holder. Dirt, debris and hair were left in the corners and under all appliances (easily accessible without having to move the actual appliance....just using a paper towel and a wiping close to the base). Sadly,....the list goes on.



I don't think these are picky things-- These things seem like very basic items, especially when you pay $160 for a 4 room "deep clean".



I have no idea where the time went as they did work the entire time but my living room and dining room were relatively "clean" w/ no clutter at all when then came (mostly because we just got new carpet so everything has been moved, vacummed and cleaned deeply ourselves in the past few months. I will say time was spent wiping down each item and condiment bottle in my fridge--- to me, cob webs would be a priority-- then charge me another $20 if you want to wipe out my ketchup bottle.



I had scheduled another cleaning for next month and will definitely be cancelling.

I can't believe they come to Wales!!

I have been searching for YEARS for a cleaning service to come to my home, and I finally found one willing to make the trek out here! Yes, it's true- these pixies will go anywhere in Western New York, apparently! They did assess a small fuel surcharge, but I guess that goes directly to whomever drives (we had Christina and Tiffany), and with gas prices the way they are these days I was more than happy to part with a measely $15 : )

We had them over on Saturday to do one of their incredible deep cleanings, and wow it really was amazing! I heard Sue O'neil talking about these girsl on the radio, so I figured since she is happy with the pixies (I'm a long-time listener) I'll give them a try too! For less than $200 I had my home completely scrubbed clean. Well worth every penny!! It was wonderful. I can't wait to do again in a few months.

I just had an amazing deep cleaning with the Cleaning pixies! All I can say really is OMG! I saw an ad on channel 2 last week for one of their Huge Daily Deals ( a 4 room deep cleaning for $75-- normally $160) so I jumped on it and I can honestly say that this has got to be the BEST thing I have done for myself in a very very long time!! Jennifer and Leandra came to my home this morning and cleaned like two machines! (Two very pretty machines, lol!) My HUSBAND is even impressed with how wonderful our home looks! Now if only I can get him to book them on a bi-weekly basis.....



A++++ Would (and will be) recommendng these pixies to everyone I know!!

I've always wanted my home "professionally " cleaned, but I never gave it serious thought until one day when I happened to catch a cleaning pixies commercial. I'd never heard of them but I thought the name was really cute and so were the pixies flying around on my TV, lol. I gave them a call and the girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful in describing the different types of cleanings they offer. Since Spring is just around the corner I opted for a nice deep cleaning. The Cleaning Pixies just did a day-long "deep clean" and it was fantastic. The service attitude is perfect. The attention to detail is exactly what you would want. I could not recommend this team more highly. They are professional, they don't hard sell, and they deliver to a high standard at a great price. What did I miss??? Oh, I know; I was also given their special for March, which was a free deep cleaning in one of my rooms!

I just had the nicest encounter with a real quality cleaning service; The Cleaning Pixies! (What a great name!)

Start to finish the whole experience was just wonderful. To begin, their customer service is phenominal. They seem to keep long office hours during the week, but I actually called on a weekend, and even though they were not there, they left an emergency assistance number on their voicemail, just in case their customers need to speak with someone immediately. (I waited until Monday to call back, but still, I thought this was a really nice touch!) When I did call back to schedule my service, I talked to an extremely pleasant office girl, Tiffany, who stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes explaining everything she could about the company; the types of supplies they use, all of their insurances, and the services they offer. She definitely was a talker, but I really appreciated all of the info! I was able to get an appointment for the same week, which pleasantly surprised me. The girls who arrived came in smiling and were professionally dressed in "cleaning pixies" shirts.

They worked very dilligently and did so while maintaining such charming personalities. They really were sweethearts ( I liked them so much, fed them lunch!)

What I especially like about this cleaning service is the fact that they do not use any chemicals on their customer's floors. Instead, they clean with Shark Steam mops, which apparently use only the power of steam to clean. The girls also told me that the steam mops SANITIZE the floors, too. Nice! Anyway, I really appreciated not having any unwanted chemicals on my floors, as I have small grandchildren who visit quite frequently. I think I might have to buy a steam mop now!

When the service was done, I was actually given a "GIFT" ( a nice hazel nut caramel scented candle!) and receipt. On the receipt was printed a nice little note, that states the company stands behind their work and gives their customers a 24 HOUR GUARANTEE! I thought that was really great, but certainly not needed, because believe me I was way more than satisfied!! They also handed me a business card with the name of their quality assurance supervisor, which again, I thought was a very nice touch! I was told that she will be calling in a day or two to complete a customer survey, and I really am looking forward to her call, so that I can rave about my service. I'm so happy with these girls and I'm looking forward to my next service in two weeks!

I've put off getting a cleaning service for a long time, thinking that I can do a better job, cheaper myself. I finally broke down and decided to call a cleaning service, after my battles to keep my 2 BR apartment clean got the best of me. I called the cleaning pixies and spoke with Tiffany, who was incredibly professional, and discussed the services with me. I booked the pixies for the initial deep cleaning which was performed by a two-person team. When I came out of my home office to inspect the apartment, I was amazed. To say that they exceeded my expectations is truly an understatement. Since then, I have booked cleaning services every 2 weeks with the girls. The results are still spectacular. They are timely and efficient. This is definitely a service worth paying for, and the Pixies do a fantastic job!

I've been using them for about 2 years now since moving to Amherst, on a bi-weekly basis. I think they are fabulous. Their service is consistent and they handled my concerns with care. Tammy and Amber are the team that cleans my home and they are an awesome duo.

All of my experiences with this crew have abeen fabulous! I get my home "deep cleaned" every three months, and each time they give me a 15% discount for being return customer!

But that's not the best part. The best part, of course, is the level of service we receive all around the board; From their terrific customer service, to their outstanding cleaning associates. we are really very well taken care of each time we call for our home cleanings!

We had originally wanted to start regular housekeeping services with them, but seeing as they have done such an outstanding job with each DEEP cleaning, we are able to basically maintain what they go in and do each time for us. They have really made our lives MUCH easier, as my hubby and I are both professionals and do not have much time for those type of thorough cleanings that everyone needs every now and then.

You simply must call these girls. Request Tammy and Amber, if you can. You will ADORE them!!

I recently had the Cleaning Pixies do the "deep clean" for my house. I must tell you that it was absolutely fabulous. I had a party that evening and recieved so many compliments on how great my house looked. I now have weekly cleaning service with Tina and she is phenominal. Works quick and does a great job. Any time I call Rani or Tiffany are always so friendly and helpful.

I'm a regular client of The Cleaning Pixies, and have been for almost two years. I had no idea I could post a review about them on-line, or I would have done it a long time ago! I chose to go with one of their housekeeping packages, and I've been happy ever since. Previous to the pixies, I was with a different company, but after a series of disappointing events, I called the Cleaning Pixies. I'm so glad I did! I can honestly say that I have never had any issues with the quality of cleaning (which is consistently great) or with the cleaners who come each week. What I really would like to mention is their outstanding customer service. I get frequent calls, asking how my service is going. They also call when our regular pixie (Jessica) can't make it, and ask me if I'd like someone else for the day, or if I'd like to re-schedule with Jessica. I think that's very nice of them. I usually don't mind if they send me an unfamiliar face, because in my experiences with this company, they have all been just splendid cleaners with very nice demeanors. If you or someone you know is looking for a cleaning service, I highly suggest you try out these pixies!

It was an absolute pleasure to use this company. After some very bad experiences with some other western new york cleaning services, the Cleaning Pixies were great. The level of cleaning far exceeds what I expected them to do.

I had the cleaning pixies over today, for the first time, to do a "deep cleaning". I don't usually post reviews online but I was on anyway, so I decided go ahead and give this company the credit it deserves. I'll start by saying that I have had other cleaners out to my home in the past, so I'll list the differences here between those other guys and the pixes; First, I've never spoken to a more friendly owner/manager in my life. She was pleasant, articulate, and knowledgable....Second, the pixies who came to my home were neat in appearance (way diffrent than what I've encountered in the past), extremely polite/personable (also qualities left to be desired in other services), and THIRD, they actually CLEANED. I wasn't going to do the deep cleaning but I decided to go with it since they are currently featuring 15% off. Best thing I ever did. My wife hasn't stopped smiling since they left, and a happy wife is a much happier husband. Can't wait to mess it all up so we can call them again!

Everyone really needs to have this type of cleaning done!
