I HAVE GONE TO THE TAX WIZARD FOR YEARS AND CANNOT SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEM.M THEY ARE COMPETENT AND QUICK WITH THE WORK. AS TO THE ACCUSATION OF SMOKING , THEY DO USE ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES ...NOT TOBACCO. AS TO THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST SHE IS GONE. THE TAX WIZARD PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY CAPABLE. PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE !

Disgusting! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked into not only an unfriendly/rude receptionist but a lady in her office blatantly smoking with customers in there. The entire office smelled of smoke and was unbearable. I left and will never return or recommend them to anyone!

What a horrible experience. Nice people, but would take weeks to return phone calls. I paid alot of money to file, and they would never call me back. I then got word from the state that they never received my tax return. I tried to call the tax wizard for two weeks concerning this issue, and still no word back. Amazing! Never again. H & R Block here I come.

Delayed without good reason filing the amended return for a K-1 and incurred penalties and interest for over ten months.
