I had Aladdin install a retractable awning on my deck and we just LOVE it!!! We love it for the shade it provides, but it also saved us when it started raining on my daughters birthday party! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and the installers were all neat, clean and extremely polite. They even came back out at no charge when we accidentally broke our handle. But before I had them come out I checked them out at the BBB and saw they had an A plus rating - I could see why!

BEWARE. They Bait and switched doors on us - thankfully after installation I figured it out by calling Provia and finding out how to spot a fake. Very sneaky, you almost got away with it. a CRAPPY door that they sell as a Provia and charged us 3K for. Contacting the BBB as well. They refunded me for fear of bad reviews - but, too bad. People need to know. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Don t even waste your time calling. The man was 45 minutes outside of my window, then when he arrived he was extremely rude and condescending. The entire estimate lasted less then 2 minutes. He was extremely insulting, refused to explain the things I was asking about. He got very angry when I dared question the overly inflated price he quoted me. He then stormed out of my home insulting me as he left, when I told him that his attitude stunk and he should not treat people like this he laughed at me, muttered I was ridiculous and made a few luxe comments under his breath. I have never been so insulted in my own home. His job is to give people estimates, if he didn t want to come out today then cancel the appointment. I gave up my day to wait for him and have him insult us.

Today we had Aladdin come to our house; he brought his genie Gerry Carbone! We thought our windows were broken beyond repair and needed new ones. Gerry Carbone, the owner of Aladdin, showed up ON TIME and was personable and professional! Upon showing him the first window..he noticed the name brand and asked if I had called the Manufacturer first because he saw their manufacturing tag. He evaluated the window and told me there is a 20 yr warranty on these windows and there was no need for him to replace them! He told me to call the manufacturer for a service call.

I then showed Gerry the problem we were having with a set of NEW construction windows that were installed 12 yrs ago.

Gerry EVALUATED AND FIXED THE WINDOWS FREE OF CHARGE!! All he asked for was an honest review. so here it is...thanks Gerry!

Aladdin replace all my windows and did a terrific job. I was so impressed with their work that they are coming back in the spring to replace my porch railings.
