Connecticut's newest and only full-service, dealer-only auto auction was designed and built from scratch with one main purpose in mind to be a dealer exchange where new and used car dealers always come first, not banks, not leasing companies, not finance companies, not rental companies, not anybody else! We offer the services we feel dealers want most and are of the most value to them. All services will be priced on a "wholesale" basis. Transportation to and from the auction, appearance reconditioning, cleaning and detailing, safety checks, tires, windshield repair/replacement, and minor mechanical repair and service either before or after the sale is available.

Facility is kind of run down. Selection af cars is very limited. The bulk of the vehicles sold there are "donation" vehicles (junk). The owner's son Tony has been seen jumping off the auction block and bidding against other buyers (because they are also in the used car business). Isn't that a conflict of interest? Girls in the front office tend to be rude to customers from what I observed. Cars sold in Lane "c" seem to all be sold to an "invisible" bidder. I've been told that the owner purchases these (again bidding against customers) to support the other facility he owns known as Chet's Auto Parts. Don't waste your time going there! Other people in the industry warned me it would be a waste of time going there, and they were right. Now I can see why they have such a poor reputation.
