have purchased two hats from Holland Hats, the first fits just right the second I need to exchange for a different size, my fault so I guess I have to contact them to get an ok to do so... Great Hats

I tried to return a hat that did not fit. I was told I exceed their return policy. the following is their reply. Post if you must. 1)The hat was never listed as one size fits most but rather in fitted sizes. 2)We post our Return/Exchange Policies at the top of the page. 3)It is not my fault that you went away (lucky you). 4)I cannot take back a summer hat over two months after you bought it when it is now out of season. 5)if you post a negative comment I hope you have the decency to list all these facts.If you cannot comply to posted policies and want to make your own rules perhaps you should shop at a venue that can lose millions per quarter like Amazon. If you want a hat we are the best deal out there , but I do not know any places that do refunds off season after over two months. Bruce

They advertised a hat as one size fits all. When it arrived it did not fit. They provided no information on how to return with package. Now they say I have waited too long and will not give me a refund.
