Excellent Up Until Now

I was misinformed about a payment. I have been a customer at the Rocky Hill location for at least 2 and a half tears. I have always had automatic withdrawals and never once missed a payment. I opened a new account and gave the Associate my Temporary card, explaining to her it was a new account and didn't know if my direct deposit from work was going to be going through that week, which was the week of my automatic payment withdrawal. She told me it wasn't a prolem and at the very worst, the payment would be rejected by my bank and sent back to them and the next time I went in to tan, I would have a balance owed. I was concerned about that because I didnt want to disrupt my good standing with Tommy's. She said it wouldnt and that it also wouldnt affect my bank. Well, it did. It did go through and my new bank paid Tommys, but put me in a negative balance and charged me an insufficient fee. I am requesting that I get reimbursed for the NSF fee that I was told was NOT going to happen.
