You must be kidding! What a great salon! And let me point out your mistakes(or lies). This is a one employee salon so how did you go back and have a different stylist?? hummmm, seems somewhat dubious. Also you claim you went in for partial highlites and cut, but ended up with a full color and no cut. Any woman knows right from the first minute of work being done on her, exactly what the stylist is doing. Getting highlites as opposed to getting a full color is two different methods. If it were me, within the first 30 seconds I would know that she is coloring the full head instead of highlites. If what you said is true, and I seriously doubt it, you would have stopped the person. This is a fine upstanding salon that puts great effort, time and care into what they are doing. Please get your facts straight. I think you got the salon name wrong, or you obviously are a salon owner and want to taint your competition. Too bad for you.

I went in for a partial highlight and hair cut, I left with a full color and no haircut. My hair was way too blonde, so I called the manager and went back in but had a different stylist. Remember the first time I went in I was blonde, but needed a (touch-up). The second trip I left as a BRUNETTE with Grey (Ash) streaks! Amazing-because she was a "color specialist." She knew she screwed up, so gave me some color condition to fix her mistake and said it should be a little better by the weekend! Don't people usually go to the salon to leave that day looking good
