Dr Van Buskirk was very gentile with my elderly cat and took the time to listen to my concerns and to fully explain Merlin's condition. I liked that she proceeded with his care in logical, low invasive steps not traumatizing him any more than necessary to address his arthritis.
The office staff was polite and the office itself was clean and bright with no offensive animal or chemical odors.
The doctor was also punctual.
