Buyer beware! This company has a history of misrepresenting their products and bad follow-up on customer complaints.I purchased two Asus RS100-e5/PI2 bare bones servers from Synergy. They represented these units as complete, but shipped one of them with a missing heatsink. As I have purchase over 40 of these units from various vendors, I know that this part normally is included with the unit.When I contacted Synergy about the missing part, they said that I shouldn't have expected the heatsink, since they didn't specify that it was included. When I let them know that it has always been part of the kit that comes with this unit, I was told by Katie: "I thought that people wouldn’t expect a heatsink if there wasn’t a processor."I feel that this company misrepresented the product, then followed up with lame excuses rather than attempt to correct the situation.
