You will NOT be happy in this apartment complex. The property manager is a very dishonest, unprofessional woman. She never addresses issues that need to be taken care of, but then she will go into your apartment once a month EVERY month and make sure you're cleaning your apartment. She makes a list of things like "take out your trash, clean your stove, wash your bathtub" etc Since when is it a landlord's job to make sure my sink is clean?? Maintenance men will show up at your apartment unannounced. There have been times that I have been sleeping and woken up to a man in my apartment because he has a "work order"....yet there are things in my apartment that have been broken for over a year that they refuse to fix. (Maintenance men have also stolen items from apartments...you can check police reports if you want)
We pay to have access to the pool, but the property manager, Pat, refuses to open it. It's supposed to open on Memorial Day, but she didn't, it's supposed to open at 11AM everyday, but she doesn't, and then she tells people if they're seen in the pool, she will revoke all of their rights to the pool! The pool was only open for 3 weeks last summer! And don't bother calling corporate office, because they're just as bad. Very rude and don't take care of business. I've rented from several other landlords in the past, and never in my life have I come across an apartment complex with such slumlords.
You've been warned....do your research and look elsewhere!
