Very poor customer service. While doing repair and warrenty work on new 2019 unitd rilled hole in floor and connected electrical improperly. No authorization from owner to install incorrect product and damage unit. Now will not honor warrenty work or correct their error. Won't answer complaint filed with Better Business Bureau . Told customer to go to manufacturer or another dealer because "we are done with you" No way to treat customers!
