Great, prompt service, great advice.

I have dealt with Vac & Sew in Hamilton for many, many years. First with fixing my older Compact Vacuum & then finally when they had a used Patriot that I bought. The price on the Patriot was 5 times LESS than the new one I had watched my aunt purchase through the Patriot salesman. My model was exactly the same & was in like new condition. What a find! I'm always able to find the bags I need for my home & business vacuums. The service is excellent & the lady who owns it is very friendly.

Worst shop we ever went to in our life. Our Oreck needed "checked " and Oreck Corporate sent us to these clowns just to "check" the vacuum out to see what was wrong with it. They decided to work on it without even asking us and then charged us a bunch of money that we had to pay or they were going to steal our vacuum from us. They then proceeded to treat my wife like a complete fool when she went in to pick it up. I would not take a vacuum I found at a junk yard to these folks. They told us, "You city folks should just go back to the city!" LOL, I grew up in a smaller town that Hamilton, MT living in Idaho! These idiots shouldn't even have a business license. I don't care if you have 100 years experience, that doesn't give you the right to treat people like dirt. Shame on you!
