To say the manager of this establishment provides poor customer service implies he provides ANY customer service at all!

I've been a customer of this location for maybe five, six years. It is rare for me to bring a problem to the manager's attention, but when I do bring a problem to his attention, I expect him to take responsibility and either provide me with a refund, or provide me with a store credit, which would be perfectly fine.

I paid these sheisters $4 to replace two broken buttons on a shirt with buttons from the same shirt. When I picked up the shirt this past Saturday, they replaced only one of the broken buttons, but not with a button from the shirt, but some random button that didn't match the existing buttons. The person at the front desk asked me to come back on Monday when the manager would be there. I said okay and left.

I went back on Monday, the person at the front desk went to the back to get the manager, and the manager wouldn't even come to the front to talk to me. Wow! I asked the person at the front desk to again go to the manager and ask him to come and speak to me. She came back and said, "He's busy." He's busy? LMFAO
