We placed an order for our wedding invitations with the Minuteman Press in Hamilton and it was promised to arrive in about 7 days. Along with our order we ordered a proof and the proof arrived with spelling errors and bad grammar. Not to mention that the text was mostly out of their sample book. So I emailed Minuteman telling them that the product is unacceptable and corrected the spelling/grammatical errors. Meanwhile I was traveling on business and when I came back three weeks after placing the order the product did not arrive. I tried calling Minuteman but they were on vacation that week. The following week I called them about 5-6 times and got the order by Wednesday but it still had grammatical errors. I can not believe these people. They made mistakes even after I spelled everything out.



You don't understand how frustrated we were because our order got delayed 3-4 weeks. We received nothing but bad service and aggravation no one deserves.
