The sales lady seemed to know her stuff about dance and products but was rude. My daughter is 5 and has never danced. She decided she wanted to try ballet and this woman questioned it! My daughter did not like the fit of one pair of shoes and the lady looked at me to say, "Is she really ready for this Mom?!". I left with no purchase just from the rudeness. Sell the products not your opinion.

MY VISIT TO THIS SHOP WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY WENT WELL OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH THE QUESTIONS THAT I NEEDED ANSWERED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND I WILL FOR SURE BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER.
