When our system wasn't working properly, we called them because our neighbor recommended Cincy Furnace Systems. They came out right away and had it diagnosed quickly. Soon they had it fixed at a very reasonable cost. the handiwork was neat and clean, too.

Cincy Furnace placed the incorrect blower motor into my furnace. Despite three trips back to my home regarding continued problems after the motor replacement, the technician never realized that he had installed the wrong motor. This problem was not disovered until another heating and cooling system came out to assess the situation; it took them 10 minutes to uncover the problem. The new company put in the correct blower motor and completely repaired the system.

When I called Cincy Furnace back to my home to explain the issue and request a refund, they offered me a refund that was equal to 30% of my total payment to them. They suggested that I take them to small claims court if I wanted a full refund.

This experience says a lot about their lack of expertise and customer service.

My AC unit was working %100 without and problem .I am selling my house and the buyer wants me the get it tune up the unit! Ron came for a Quick tune up and he broke entire unit and run away ! police report as been filed! i am about to take him to court ..please call Professionals for your needs..Ron doesn't know what he was doing ..!

They serviced our air conditioner in a timely manner,Replaced a part the same day we called,for a reasonable price. They were very professional and I paid with a cc. We will call them again when we need them.
