Owner was drunk. Refused to honor coupon in Entertainment book. So drunk he couldn't read. How do you operate a business like that?

Was there tonight and it was ridiculous the lady literally was yelling in the speaker for the raffle they was doing like every five minutes . When we said something the response we got was people in The bar can't hear her . Needless to say we left and I had a migraine .
