Been taking dogs here for years. Get people and service. Dogs always happy and excited to see the groomer. Recommend highly.

Apparently Kanine Dezines does not "have the time" for new customers. I called and asked the lady who answered "Do you have any open appts today?". She said "Yes, what breed?". I told her. She said " What would you like done?" I started to explain that it was our first time grooming, and that I got a recomendation to call her because she would let the owner accompany the dog...and before I could get my sentence out she cut me off and said "oh honey, we don't have time for all that honey!"....and hung up. I was horrified at the rudeness. Clearly she had appointments open, she just did not want to bother with me. I was not wanting much...really I was just wanting a very basic grooming. Something quick and easy for our first experience. But wow, she made our first experience bad. And to think, another groomer was nice enough to recommend her to me. Too bad she doesn't have the time. I would have been a good client. And one that passes on recommendations to friends. Don't waste your time with kanine dezines...they are too busy for you honey!

I love this groomer. I have 2 poodles and 1 has issues with people. They do a wonderful with my dogs .I would recommend them to anyone. Worried about your animals drop them off without fear at this groomer. I'm so glad I found them. Keep up the good work girls josey and lacy thank you and so do I
