Provided by YP.comThey did not fix the problem and still wanted to charge for parts and service. They wanted me to try and resale the part that didn't work on E-bay instead of refunding my money. It took more than 2 weeks to get my partial refund, not a full refund. Very poor customer service and not very knowledgeable. Would not recommend.
