Since past visits I was hesitant to return to this location. For the first time in history this location offered to replace a meal in which there was an error in my order. I hope it isn't or wasn't a fluke but their food was hot and fresh. February 2019

I don't know what happened to this location but their food quality is poor. The last time I ordered a few Jr bacon cheeseburgers , you would have thought they were a couple days old. That's how bad it was. I thought I spoke to a manager but I was wrong. Whoever I talked to about the order didn't seem to care. The only thing I got was an apology. No replacement. The reason I wrote this review is cause I hope they stepped up their quality of food.

SEEMS TO ME NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION KNOWS WHO IS IN CHARGE. AND DEFINITELY A LOT OF WASTED TIME. ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH FOR THEM TO REPLACE A MESSED UP ORDER. FOR EXAMPLE THE MANAGER WHO ISSUED MY CREDIT DIDN'T PUT MY CREDIT IN THE DATA MAINFRAME. BEING SARCASTIC. ANYWAY THE FIRST TIME I HAD TO CHALK UP AROUND $14. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIDGEWATER LOCATION. VERY FRESH HOT AND FRESH. ITS WORTH THE TRIP.
