TWO DAY'S AFTER THE SNOW STORM I BROKE ALL MY SNOW SHOVEL'S! CALLED SHAFFER'S AND SAID THEY ONLY HAD PLASTIC SHOVELS. I WAS LOOKING FOR GOOD METAL WOOD HANDLE ONES! ANY HOW NANCY SAID SHE WOULD CALL OTHER STORES TO SEE IF THEY HAD THEM. SHE CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME SHE HAD FOUND THEM IN THE BACK ROOM! THANK YOU NANCY FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME OUT!! THESE WILL LAST A GOOD LONG TIME!! THANKS AGAIN!!

I'm gonna try to make a long story short I purchased a millwaukee drill it went bad they gave me a free replacement no questions asked that drill was also defective now we had to The factory rep involved after fed ex losing my replacement grill Schaeffers hardware went to bat for me again these people are awesome and they stand by what they sell that is important This is the hardware store to do business with you won't go wrong
