I lived here from 2000 to 2012. The apartment complex gradually went downhill along with the surrounding community. It always was noisy, with loud train horns right next to the property. The walls and ceilings were thin. The last two years or so there was a property manager who would not fix simple things like stairwell lighting, causing unsafe conditions. I had some noisy people move in underneath me and play loud music and TV. This useless property manager did nothing to help, in fact she threatened to call the police on me for complaining! I had to pay two months rent to break the lease to move out. Which was a good thing. the place has really gone downhill, it's a dump and the management is to lazy to do anything. Stay away. Stay FAR away!
