by STEPHANIE R10/14/2011 Awful. Had owner George come out based on recommendation of family. Swell Guy. However, it ended there. No communication from office, material takes forever, no communication as far as start dates. BETTY the rude, sarcastic and loudly sighing woman who answers the phone will talk to you like you are a nuisance and not a 10,000 paying customer. The gates were out in wrong, huge gaps were left under the corners which we had to fight about to fix, a panel was put in with a dent. The day they did finally start they were hours late and Betty was rudely sighing when questioned. After we made that mistake and the city did damage and we had them out to fix it it literally took eight weeks to get them out here; they ordered the wrong material (but never called to update us). While they were here they were supposed to level the front gate which is already sagging after three months (all they did was dig the dirt out from under it). I cant not believe they have
