Talk about amazing customer service! After calling 4 other tow truck companies "near me" from google 2 of which were completely unprofessional. Impact towing was understanding, and knew the importance to my emergency. They texted me updates on the drivers status and took care of me with pride. The tow truck drive was just as nice and towed my big dump truck with no issues. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them. I do see on their business card they offer other services.

High Impact Towing swiftly came to my rescue in less than 5 minutes after ordering their service. Jose Sr. quickly picked up my car, and immediately knew the location of my mechanic’s shop.
