I purchased a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Sheffield Estates in May of 2010. The home came with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, central air, carpet, mini blinds, window treatments. It is quiet and energy efficient. The staff here is friendly and caring. I love it more as time goes by. If you are looking for beauty as well as value, come check out one of our homes! Prepare to be totally amazed if you think of us as a trailer park! I' m always pleased to meet new neighbors!

Quality affordable housing at its best! Close knit community with small town appeal.

I got more bang for my buck for my home. I have many features in my home that I would never get in a conventional home elsewhere. The community has changed drastically for the better over the years. Management is helpful and courteous and willing to help out wherever they can. I love my home!

Great location and the staff is very friendly! They are removing all the old trailers and replacing them with beautiful manufactured homes.

I have no choice but to rate this area very poorly. There are better places to live than here. With so many restrictions it is no wonder that people are leaving and not many are moving in. If you don't have to move there, don't. I regret it now but in the process of looking for a better place.
