Provided by YP.comI would not recommend this place if you want a good malt or shake. They don't know how to make it to the top of your cup. They make it only 3/4's of the way. I recommend Marble's Slab. They make an awesome malt to the TOP of the your cup.

I am sorry you did you were not happy with your shake. Everything is done by hand and it is sometimes difficult to judge how much icecream to "pull" or scoop. Staff are trained to pull more icecream and re-blend if a shake comes up "short'. Cold Stone has a 100% guaranty, and any staff member should be happy to fix anything you are not happy with. Just let us know.
