Provided by YP.comI am new to CFH, but I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone has been very friendly and supportive, and I really appreciate that the trainers take time to demonstrate proper technique and form. I also value the intensity of the workouts.

Provided by YP.comRun, don't walk so that you can become a member of this community faster. Crossfit Hammond is responsible for the new life that I have. I came in being able to do very little and today with a new found love for life, energy and passion for becoming as fit as possible I find myself attempting to do things I never once thought possible. It's amazing. A very caring, supportive group of people.

Provided by YP.comTHEY ARE A BUNCH OF UNETHICAL JERKS. I SIGNED UP FOR A 3 MONTH CONTRACT AND THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I WAS CLEAR THAT I WOULD ONLY BE IN TOWN FOR 3 MONTHS. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY THEY TOOK FROM ME OUTSIDE OF THE CONTRACT. BRAD WAS RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR AUTO DRAFT.
This is what happens when someone doesn't read the contract they sign or the BIG BOLD CANCELLATION POLICY that is stated in the first paragraph of the contract. Like any other business or gym, contracts auto renew on a month to month basis after the initial term until canceled by the client. We treat all of clients with respect and fairly. We wish Jade the best going forward as we would any other member that leaves this gym. Have a Blessed Day
