My husband and purchased a home December 16, 2016. Our agent was Rachel Pisciotta with Latter & Bloom Classic Homes & Properties. She was awesome. This was our first time buying a home. We were very nervous. She made it very easy for us. You always here horror stories trying to get pre approved for a house. That was the easiest part of buying a house for us. We told Rachel exactly what we wanted and she was on it. She followed up with us to let us know where we stood on getting approved and also what we needed for closing. We cannot thank Rachel enough for this beautiful home just in time for Christmas. Being I have sold and purchased many homes, I am very educated on real estate purchases and have had dealings with many real estate agents and companies. Latter & Blum was by far the best. Every step of the way was smooth and worry free. All paperwork was electronic, my home was professionally photographed, the description was well written, all showings was confirmed electronically, I was notified via email with web activity on my home. I was very very impressed with this company and have already referred friends.
