I am very displeased with the grooming my poodle got. This is the fourth time I have taken her to the Hammond LA. store. The first time was great, the second time was just so-so. The third time they shaved her all the way to the skin. I called and told them I was not pleased, they told me she was too "matted" up so they had to. This time when we took her in, the groomer said she was "extremely matted", we disagreed. When we went to pick her up the " groomer" had not only shaved her to the skin, she had even shaved her ears down to the skin. And charged us extra to boot. I will never use a pet sense again and I would never recommend it to anyone else.

Petsense in Hammond Louisiana is a great store to come to our town. The folks who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpfull. I am proud that they chose Hammond, my little town to provide these services.
