Agricolae Estate Winery was started in 2016 by the family that created Ravines Wine Cellars in 2000. Agricolae is latin for the "People of Agriculture", an homage to the hard working vigneron who work the vines. We grow all of our own grapes in our steep, shale stone vineyards, 100% certified sustainably grown. We grow both fine European grapes and local hybrid grapes, as well as some unusual varieties like Savagnin and Gamay Noir. We produce dry, expressive, terrior-driven wines using low intervention methods. Our tasting room overlooks beautiful Keuka lake where you can find our friendly and knowledgable staff to help you with your wine tasting and selections
