very unprofessional broker. scolded us for using a real estate lawyer to protect us during the attorney review period. was advised in the 30 years they have been in business, no one has ever used a lawyer to review their contracts. i find that very hard to believe. then the only reason they canceled the contract was because we requested a clause be removed from contract stating if sale fell thru for any reason whether it be buyer or seller related, we as the sellers of the home would still be responsible to pay the commission or have a lien put against our home. was advised the buyer did not want this removed from contract. why in the world would this concern the buyer since she is not paying the commission? our offer was never presented to the buyer and the broker was only acting in his best interest which is not only unprofessional but illegal. i urge anybody to seek other realtors in the area of hammonton as my experience with this broker has left us feeling uneasy about dealing with any real estate agent
