Very expensive for a barn whose roof is falling apart and the foundation is falling out. The roof leaks and there's no restroom available. Fences are insecure and unsafe. Instructor does not engage in lessons. She just sits on her bottom and yells to her students. Not to mention horses who have died of mysterious causes and other horses not being properly cared for in the past couple of years.

I'm riding every Saturday there! The place is under new management, lots of program, good people! Horses are well trained, from minis to big ones to fit every rider. We are going to move our horses there for boarding to train for eventing.
