I've been going here for at least 15 years. This year might have been my last. Very disappointed. Had to wait til the kids were out of school, and the drive is 25 min from So. Elgin. Got to the farm approx. 4:15. 1 adult, 1 teen, 2 kids 7, 6yrs. $12/pp. omg, even that price at 4pm and closes at 6pm. We did not see half of the place, and were practically escorted out of the place. We did not get a pumpkin, but were told we could choose from what they had in front, and I asked for their donuts. These were not the usual owners of the place. THese were workers in a hurry to get out. I was rushed, my son and his buddy were very disappointed. I said I would like half my money back, and they said I could take the gourds in my kids hands and have the donuts. I gave them a 5. and said "no, we'll pay. " So disgusted. We even paid 10.00 for flippin food to feed the animals. Totally not worth it. Going to see if we can get a ride out to the pumpkin patch tomorrow. I'll update when I get back.
