I hadn't gotten my nails done in years and decided to start getting them done again. I only went to Q Nails when I decided this. I had tips put on and had them filled in 2 times. I also had two pedicures. The nails I had were never the best quality but I was paying half of what I paid at the high end salon I used to go to. I asked them to hand file my nails instead of using the drimmel because it creeps me out that there is nail dust all over it and they don't clean them after each use. The acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and I gave up. My nails needed to be redone so I soked my gels off, at the nail salon, there was fungus under them. The gentleman that did my nails noticed and looked at me worried several times while he tried to grind away the green on my nails. I didn't yell or freak out but I wanted to cry. I didn't let them do anything else after that. I walked out, after they made me pay, then spent $30 on a fungus remover across the street at CVS. I will never go back.

Ever since the new owner took over at the beginning of 2014 the service has been horrible. The owner is rude and does not know how to run a business at all. She is horrible at customer service. All of the familiar nail technicians have left leaving only new people who do not know what they are doing. Owner is also not licensed to do eyebrows so be careful.

VERY POOR SERVICE! It was gerting late and I knew I wouldn't be able to make it to my normal nail salon it time so I decided to stop here since it was so close to home. When I walked in I asked the guy behind the counter if they have the gel polish. He said yes but they were closed. I responded that the sign on the door said they close at 8:00 PM. He said that was correct. I then reminded him it was only 7:10 PM. He said that was right, but everyone was going home now. Needless to say, I won't be returning there.

My daughters & I got mani/pedis there last week! Loved it! "Q" did my purple nails...I received soooo many complements! Will definetly go back! :-)
