Provided by YP.comHe broke my tooth doing an "adjustment" because the crown he was inserting didn't fit right. When I went in to have it fixed he charged me for his mistake. I will not go back, and now have problems with two teeth because of this. He also edited/erased my dental records and sent me away with useless xrays that I had to pay for.
