Put in a well around the same time as my 2 neighbors. One put in a shallow well and , expectedly, has rust in their water, the other put in a deep well and did not get rust. Mr. Cornette, from Arm's Water Works told me during his sales pitch that he has never found rust in his wells in our neighborhood. So, we put in a deep well and DID get rust! HMMM....it took many calls to Arm's Water Works to get them to come out and when they did, they best they could do was split the cost for us to put in another piece of equipment to remove the rust. Could've saved $6000 by putting in a shallow well and the rust removal equipment.



Can't prove it, but we suspect an error was made in drilling our well as our deep well neighbors don't have rust in their water and one would assume, given our proximity, that we are pulling from the same aquifer.

These guys were great! We had heard horror stories about bad water from a cheap well. They knew where to find the best water. And then, gave us a five year warranty. Highly recommend!!!
