Totally unprepared for our visit.

Even though I sent info 2 weeks in advance and VERIFIED it was in their inbox we had to sit while he searched for our files and then made changes. He even asked WHY we were there. Check appt book!
Clearly stated in appt book and in emails.
CLEAR?
After 1 hour of our valuable time while he made changes that should have been made BEFORE we arrived, he then refused to execute.

And he based on his flimsy and disrespectful analysis of my war veteran, US Army, Special Forces, stroke victim husband.

Disrespectful to every handicapped person.

I have seen people treat my husband like this before, and it is due to lack of compassion and understanding of handicapped persons.

I have seen people like this Charles who disregard handicapped people as having rights. Charles stripped my husband of his RIGHTS in a 2 minute "evaluation" of his "abilities".
HOW DARE YOU?
Which he is NOT authorized to determine. Only a specialized doctor can determine what he stated about my husband.

AND I do not care to hear your dance. Which is what he did for me. Instead of being a man and saying, "I will not execute", I had to PULL it out of him. It is "yes" or "no". Not the right moon in the left hemisphere. On and on about the what ifs and maybe you can come back... on and on.
If you want to strip a handicapped person of their rights, be man enough to state that clear and concisely.

I was told NOT to use this attorney, but failed to listen. Pompous was the word used, and now I agree. 100%.
