Helpful friendly staff great atmospher with wild birds, turtles, fish, ducks, and other animals for kiddos to enjoy well laid out and a joy to walk through check out the christmas light display until christmas love it here.

Dang it Pender Pines!!! Today was the last straw!! I'm so disappointed. I really want to help out my local community, so I've tried to give them so many chances. I've ignored their high prices and drive out of my way. I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars there on tress, shrubs, plants and herbs. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm there, the customer service is AWEFUL!!!!

And so, because of it.... I'm done with them.

My mom had a landscaper come out and she told them what she wanted. They agreed and a plan was set. When she got back to her beach home they had done very little and not what she was expecting at all. They added a few rocks then put mulch in a large circle in the yard. Not what she wanted. Then proceeded to charge her over $800 for this. She called to ask them if they were finished with the project because it wasn't done to like she wanted and she was then given the run around about how much the rock has gone up and the mulch was more expensive. Blah blah blah. Subpar work at unbelievable high prices. She is going to erect a sign to put in the yard for everyone to see there work. Do not hire this company!
