Wow. Down on vacation and was heading over for a new battery box and nod tomorrow. Thanks i will hit a different show if he wouldnt flip a battery.that the manufacture would have exchanged...for him at no cost..i know i have a shop in columbus but buy local while in town.

I Stopped here and was blown away! This is the best Vapor store I have ever been to. WOW! These guys really have a outstanding shop. The customer service was great. Nice young lady and plenty of other knowledgeable staff. Very helpful people here. The best e-cig store experiance I have ever had. Hands down!

I was a repeat customer of this store for months. They had nice products (e-cigs, mods, etc.) and some good e-juice flavors and brands. Every time I went to the store a woman helped me out ans she was super nice and friendly.



Well all of that changed with my experience today!



The other week my friend wanted me to pick him up a ego setup (he could not find anything great in southern VA) which I purchased from this store. The big mistake I made was that I did not make sure everything worked before I left the store to head up to VA. I got to my friends and realized the ego battery did not work properly so I gave him my battery and thought I could return the defunct battery for one that worked.



I got to the store and the woman was there and assured me everything would be okay. Then a man came out and took the battery and ran some tests and popped the top off and said that the wires were not connected to the head and that he would not do anything about it. I asked him why and he said that I broke it and "was trying to pull a fast on on him". I explained that the battery did not work right out of the box and that I did not break it. He again told me that he was going to do nothing. I started to explain that I had spent a lot of money at this store and had never had this problem before and was surprised by his continuing and increasingly disrespectful attitude . The woman started to explain that I had spent a lot of money, but the man was set in his childish attitude toward me so I gave up and said I would not be coming back. To top it all off as I was leaving he yelled "don't come back here!". I guess he truly is stuck in a 10 year old's mentality in needing to get in the last word.



I understand that it is his prerogative to not stand behind the products he sells and be a substandard and even shady business person, but it is also my prerogative to not patronize his establishment and to inform people what kind of treatment to expect from this business.



If you do choose to buy anything from this store please make sure it works before you leave! Otherwise you will just be SOL.
