My family and I went there soon after they opened and although the Waitress seemed to be trying to be friendly it wasn't working very well. I usually take my Grandkids to the Friendly closer to me in Riverhead which they love based on the service and food (read Ice Cream) however that day we happened to be driving by the one in Hampton Bays which was unfortunate. Bottom line if you like even half way friendly service stick to their Riverhead location! Of course things change and people have bad days so I'll give it 3 stars instead of 1 since if we lived closer we would likely give them one more chance.
