Provided by YP.comWhen our freezer "went out" on our Frigidaire refrigerator, I looked up a repairman through this website. Of course this company was the first one listed alphabetically. I was at first impresssed with the fact they were able to come out immediately and repair the fan in my freezer. The technician was friendly and I was also impressed that the invoice stated that they backed their work for 30 days after the service call. However, we started experiencing loud noises from the freezer (a problem that we didn't experience previously and was even asked if the freezer was doing that by the technician before it broke down) about two weeks after the fan was replaced in it. I called them back and explained that they had serviced my refrigerator and even used the technician's name who had done the work. A followup appointment was scheduled and had to be re-scheduled by this company due to the part not being in the warehouse by the date of the appointment. I had given the receptionist several contact numbers when I had made the original appointment. The technician eventually came out to Acworth when there wasn't anyone at home. Messages were left on the home phone, but no calls were made to me at work letting me know that the tech was coming out on that date. I returned the messages that were left at my home phone and spoke to the receptionist. The receptionist was rude to say the least, stating that their techinician went all the way out to Acworth and nobody was even home. I tried to explain to her that my wife had to go out of town for a family emergency and that I was at work down by the airport on that date. I further explained that I had given them my contact number at work and that no one had called me. The receptionist then informed me that the tech would have to schedule us when he was back "out in our area". Several attempts have been made by me to re-schedule to no avail. That was 8 months ago. My freezer is getting worse with its noises and I'm back at this website looking for another repairman because I can't get "All Around" to come out and fix what they originally said was warrantied work.....

I thought family owned, they look like nice people, says 2nd to none service, they come to Covington for 9.95 if no repair (says so), we will go with them. My husband called to have our ice maker and microwave fixed, and they were to come out between 8-12 the next morning. He had a good conversation with the gentlemen regarding our appliances and so we THINK all is well! At 8:00 the next morning, Kerri called to verify some information regarding our refrigerator. I was confused because they were to be at our house between 8-12, but I answered what she asked. Kerri then proceeds to ask me "did anyone tell you yesterday that because you live in 30014 area code of Covington and not 30016, that our service call would be 39.95 instead of 9.95" I told her that no one did. I then start to talk about the microwave and she tells me that they do not service microwaves, which we were also not told the day before. Kerri then asks me if I still want them to come out; I was in the process of thinking about it, and Kerri was beginning to be indignant. I mentioned to her "Just as a suggestion" that maybe they should change their website- meaning listing Newton Co as their service area and boy was that a mistake... She told me that she did not need to change anything and basically hung up on me. I am stunned because I have never dealt with a company that represented themselves in such a way and came out extremely rude. My husband then called and she was just as rude to him. My husband and I own a business too. We would be dirt poor if we talked to our customers that way. We know a lot of people in Covington, our business is in the 30016 area code, and my husband grew up in Conyers, so we have the capability and the opportunity to refer people frequently. Rest assured that this company will not be one of them. I know Kerri does not "really" care for these suggestions, but she may want to reconsider whether she is cout out for her customer-facing position. We are open to and would appreciate it if another person from this company would call and discuss this further. Especially since we couldn't get a word in edgewise and were cut off repeatedly. Kerri basically told us that if we didn't like it, then it's "our problem"- Like all the other negative comments regarding this company, Kerri likes to blame the customer. I assure you that if she tells you that she was not rude, or that I was rude to her, then she is NOT telling the truth.
