If you are a new potential customer please consider my story before choosing this business....
I took my car to Hampton Service Center on 6/24/2020 to get a windshield wiper motor replaced. the mechanic said this was not the problem. Brit, the owner, informed me it would be another part and The repair would only take a hour or 2. Well Fast forward 2 months later... A mechanic, who I’m assuming is Brits husband, completely damaged my engines computer. They damaged my car to the point they cannot repair the damage so they towed it to the Volkswagen dealership to help them. I’ve spent over $1000 getting back and forth with Uber and paying for rentals. I have not been able to work for the past 2months bc of transportation and I’m a mom of 4 children. Brit will not respond to my texts or provide me with a rental car and I still have no possession of my car. I have been nothing but kind and understanding about the entire situation but it seems he doesn’t care about me or my livelihood. I am taking this business to Court due to these circumstances.
Please be aware that this business will tell you they can fix your car even if they have no knowledge of the problem. I literally went for windshield wipers to be fixed. Now I’m completely without a car. Everything stated is indeed true. I will be posting this review on all platforms and reporting this business to BBB.
You may want to consider going to another mechanic shop because I wouldn’t wish the problems I’m having with “Hampton Service Center” on anyone.

This is the very best automotive repair facility. From what I can tell it is a family operated business. They are extremely honest and have great prices for car repair. I have been taking my toyota camry to them for about 2 years now, they are great to talk to, very polite, and will do anything to help you. They have even taken me to work multiple times. I would highly recommend Hampton Service Center over any other shop in Hampton!!!!
