Jan McPheter did a super job in selling our house from prep for sale to referring specialists to paint, plumb, electrical, add a powder room, floor refinishing and spectacular marketing presentation which got over a thousand views in the first week. We got 3 offers within 2 days, selected the best offer over asking and closed without any difficulty. The selling market is good now but our timing through Jan and Abbitt was superb. I know the buyers were very happy as well. I am sold on this team!
