One of the best, cheese steak restaurant in Virginia

Everytime i order i dont get condoments or a part of my order. Its like if you ask for more than one thing over the phone the employees get ADHD i order two subs wit fries i get one fry i order a sub and burger both wit frys i get one fry . I ordered four sub combos all wit curly fries and didnt get any fries. Now either this restauraunt just dont got potatoes or their employees are just stupid. 9 people work there back in the day it was ran by

Thus used to be a great restaurant but not so anymore my orders were wrong when I sent my sandwich back I waited for 25 to 30 minutes only to be told that the cook was out back unloading a truck so I left all the staff were walking around on cell phones bad food bad service don't waste your money I give this restaurant 6 months before they are out of business

Have been a fan of Anna's for years, but lately, have been very disappointed in delivery service for the last four orders. Each time, I have ordered for delivery, it has taken over 90 minutes to arrive. When I placed the call, each time I was told it would take 45 minutes to arrive. When I called back to ask where the food was, was told "I don't know who told you that". Last night was final straw, order took 90 minutes to arrive and everything was completely cold. If you want to eat in restaurant, food is good but don't order for delivery.

I've been going to Anna's since I was a young kid and they have never failed me. Their subs are the best and their pizza is even better. Really great service and everything.



As for roaches, like the first person posted, I don't recall any. I know they have a few water bugs that crawl under the door when its wet, they look like roaches. But who can get away from them? My mom worked there years ago, they always kept it clean.
