Chris, the owner, was very polite, courteous, and professional on the phone. He came out on short notice on a Saturday and didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience. My toilet wasn't flushing and the stuff in the toilet was backing up into the tub. The tub when we took a shower was also backing up. He was very outgoing when he got here (very friendly and talkative and put you at ease) and immediately new what my problem was (he has over 30 years of experience). He explained everything in everyday language (intead of business terminology) so I understood everything he was doing and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He is a great guy and I would DEFINITELY recommend him for any plumbing/heater/other problems that you have with your house. I would give him more stars if I could. Definitely use him for your household needs!!! He is very straightforward and honest- and I don't trust a lot of people. Him, I definitely trusted!
