Our visit was very wonderful . Everyone was very nice & polite , i give my visit 5 stars because they kept my son entertained the whole time and made him feel very comfortable .thank you dr.stephen & shreree ! my son definitely will be coming back

been going to koolsmiles for a few years and everytime we go we leave with a smile recently my son needed cavity fill and had Camala and Dr S. they were aware and on point with each other to not only make me feel at ease but also my son . Everyone at koolsmiles I feel is great thank you koolsmiles for being you keep it up .

Camala and Dr.S .was amazing they took time with my kids. I will come here anytime because of the friendly atmosphere and the great work that they all doing

My visit to Kool smiles was great thanks to Omeka and Rhonda my 2 year old and 12 were in great hands.

I took my 3 yr old for her appt today and she did marvelous. She didnt cry and she wasnt nervous to get her teeth cleaned. Omeka was her doctor and she really made my daughter feel comfortable about have her teeth cleaned.

Stephen along with the other staff were absolutely polite, and helpful. Stephen is very funny and gentle with the kids making their kool smiles appointment awesome. I will continue to take my kids here.

I had a really bad experience yesterday. My daughter has 3 fillings and for the first we paid for the orange distraction mask and everything went smoothly. The doctor used the numbing gel, waited a few minutes to inject the anesthesia. But yesterday we decided not to pay for the mask, and after the doctor tried to recommend it, we were adamant about it. So we proceeded without the mask. As soon as the doctor put the numbing gel she injected my 3 years old right away! She yelled in pain and i was so shocked! I told her last time the other dentist waited a few minutes before injecting and she said it was not a numbing gel, and last time she waa cooperative because of the mask. I was disgusted. I felt really uneasy and bad. Do the services kool smiles offer depend on how much you pay?we have another filling next tuesday and after that, we are changing providers...
