Ms.Omeka was the bomb she made our day fun,my son was comfable with her she played with him to keep him claim ,and she even let him brush his teeth .way 2 go!

My experience, horrible!! Went in for an emergency walk-in extraction that the company setup for me and after hours of arguing with the dentist (Dr.Kapoor) and the administration staff with the exception of some I left with a free cleaning(insurance). I guess my EMERGENCY walk-in EXTRACTION is not a priority for Dr.Kapoor or an inconvenience!

I recently went to Kool Smiles Hampton location to have four teeth extracted and I was extremely nervous but the dental assistant Sharon reassured me that everything would be just fine. Sharon was very patient and polite with me.She made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I will definitely return to Kool smiles to have treatment done. Thank you Sharon!

I took my kids to koolsmiles today for their cleaning Rhonda and Stephen did an wonderful job with my children they were patient and very active with my children I will definitely be bringing them back I love koolsmiles

Omeka was excellent with my daughter. It was get first time at the dentist & did remarkably well due to Omeka having patience with her. She made me feel comfortable with the care she took with my daughter. Best experience.

Stephen was awesome and the ladies at the front desk were as well. Our appointment was actually at 5 but we got there about 4:40 and they got them in and out so fast. We were done by 5:04. I have never had that kind of experience there before and I loved it. Thanks so much

Dr. Sankepally,Stephen Hanson, Rhonda Sergeant and Ria Ferguson a great Kool Smiles Angles... They are taking care of my kids and all the kids. Kool Smiles have to have a Outstanding Staff like them.

I generally do not write reviews but I'll make an exception for the guys at KS in Hampton. They were very helpful and Stephen was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at KS we were in and out in less than an hour the staff was great we both ecspecially loved Stephen Hanson he was great very knowledgeable and also very helpful hopefully we get him on our next visit

Very caring people. They take care of things in reasonable timing. Recommend to any woman that is pregnant. The assistant by the name of Camala and Dr. S were great and my experience here was excellent.

My overall experience with Kool smiles was ok. However after being called back my Camala and Cheree it was much more enjoyable. They both were very knowledgable about the procedures that were being done on my children. They took the time out to answer all questions I had as well. Having them around made me change my mind about switching dentists for my children!
