I am super happy with all the services Kool Smiles of Hampton, Va offers for my children. Stephen, Desmond, Sandy, Arlette and Camala are super awesome...!!

the wait was an hour but they apologized and gave excellent professional service to make especially STEPHEN

Well all my children go to koolsmiles. My 2 year old had to have some dental work done. There anesthesiologist Dr. Gushue was outstanding. He was really great in explaining the proceedure. DR. DEL CUADRO was outstanding. They did the procedure in no time at all we were in and out in a lil over an hour. MRS.keria Moorehead was outstanding. She helped with the scheduling of the apt. Getting him in quick. Called and kept me informed of time and the pre op pre instruction. Post op. Went well. Great office.

Arrived a little late to appointment and everyone was very understanding being that I do drive about an hour for my daughter to be seen in the Hampton office. My daughter is comfortable coming to this location so its worth the drive. The staff are very professional and friendly thanks koolsmiles

Stephen was great with my son. He was more than happy to call me over and show me his findings and recommendations. He also walked me out to schedule a follow-up. Best service ever. Kool Smiles entire staff was pleasureable.

I've been going here to get my teeth fixed since the beginning of this year. Today was my last appointment for getting work done. The front receptionist Athena is always so pleasant and always works with my busy schedule when making my appointments. The dental assistants that work with me are always great too. Will be bringing my family here and recommending this place to all my friends.

My son had Stephen, and he was very friendly. He talked to my son to make him feel comfortable, making jokes and juggling to keep him entertained. My son is older so not much interests him and he was tired. Stephen also kept my daughters attention when she was all over the place.



My daughter had Desmond, he was wonderful with her, she was all over the place, he talked with her to keep her calm and made jokes with her as well. I appreciate him being very patient with her. Stephen and Desmond are the best.

Outstanding service, time management and professioal care from Stephen and the other staff.. This is our fifth year and could not be more satisfied with the care of our girls.

Stephen did an excellent job cleaning my children's teeth. He explained everything that was wrong with their teeth & also what needs to be done to keep healthy teeth & gums. He has a great sense of humor!

I love Stephen and Omeka cleaning my boys teeth, Stephen is so great with the kids and I love the way he interacts with the children. I hope he is here ever 6 months. Omeka is is full of energy and great too!!! I don't think that my kids have ever been so calm in the chair!!

Stephen was very nice, he stressed to my son the importance of flossing everyday. The twins were in and out of the office within 90 minutes or less. Great Job!!

My experience today at kool smiles was amazing. My assistant Sharon was awsome she made me feel super comfortable and she made me laugh alot. Dr S was great she was very caring and quick.
