Provided by YP.comBEWARE!!!! DK is one of the managers....RUDE!!!! Talk too much, hair braiding is poor. I've used them a couple of times w/ the last time being the worst ever. Amy is another manager. Both Amy and DK worked on me for micro braids. I was charged $200 dollars because the so called "length" was long. Five and a half hours later, I inspected their work only to find that DK had braids that were to my neck when others were down my back! They are braiding scammers!!!! Africans that speak French in order for you not to understand them when asking questions. I was so mad! I told them both I want my hair fixed now! DK was the loud mouth that got very rude and tried to justify why the braids were short because of the remaining hair was short! It's simply a ridiculous excuse. I demanded they fix my hair and both had very bad attitudes. I told them I would sue them in small claims (Hampton Circuit Court) and win! These two Africans women provided terrible service to me.

Provided by YP.comThese ladies are amazing and very professional. Their shop was clean and quiet. No rude language or customers. My braider only took a 10 minute lunch break and finished my hair in 5hrs. Neat and clean braids. I am very satisfied.

Provided by YP.comAfri-CAN'Ts, that's exactly what they are! I had to put a star but they really deserve none. I paid $200 for invisible micro braids, not including the $100 for my hair. The braids are huge. The gaps are even worst. The first night ten braids fell out of my head. Amy (1 of the mgrs) was very rude. She told me to leave because she had other customers coming and she didn't have time to do my hair, so I need to come back another day. Then she offered to only put the braids that fell out back in but thats it nothing more because that was the right size. The braids were bigger than my ring finger. I'm in the military so I remained very professional, cause business is business, unlike them. She kept getting an attitude when I decided to wait for the other manager to come in. The braids were so large in the back and the front it looked like I had alopecia. DK (2nd mgr) gave me three options: 1st She can put back the ten braids that fell out and redo ten more braids, 2nd I can come back in a couple of mths and she will charge me $180 and she will make the braids as small as I want, 3rd She will give me $20 back and I keep the fat braids. Really??!! Which option would you choose? None of them. I had them redo the top of my head which Amy had an attitude the entire time while doing it. Lesson learned no matter what they say or pictures you show them or what you see on the website, they do not do small braids, only big and bigger. They advised me not to get my braids wet since that's not what they are for. My braids are still slipping out, so much for summer swimming.
