CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

If it was possible I wouldn't give them a star at all. I made an appointment to get my hair done at 9:30 this morning. And the shop is closed, lights out! The sad part about it is that she appointed the time. How are you going to give a time and not be there. I called the number on the building to leave a message stating that I was leaving. But it must be a cell phone number because someone answered the phone and it sound as if she was sleeping. She told me that my appointment was at 10:30am and no one would be there until then. I told her the time the girl gave me was 9:30am. Her response was well you didn't make the appointment with me. (So if I didn't make the appointment with you how are you going to tell me when i scheduled the appointment) I thought that was rude. The shop is supposed to be open at 9am anyway. So the shop don't even open at the time the say they are and I think that's unprofessional. I will not be returning and I will not recommend to anyone else.

I waited for over a hour and she had not shown. Called a week early to made to appointment and asked her what time would be convenient and she insisted that I set the time and she still did not show. This is the second time this has happen. Will never go there again. First time I went there the place was nasty, unsanitary, and hot in the place. I will never go there again!!!

I made an appointment for 1130...I waited foe two hours before I left because she still had not arrived. When I called her while in the shop waiting she told me she didn't have time to talk because she was getting her car. The place wasn't clean either... Nasty business with nasty attitudes!

I went here and got micros. They were friendly and clear with the price and expectations. I would definitely go back. I never received so many compliments
